I'd try accutane first it is really the only non surgical option to shrink nose. Then after 1 year on accutane u can reassess if you need rhino

Yeah. I'm taking it solely for nose shrinkage as I have a really oily nose

Yeah im on 10mg a day and the nose dries up very quickly. For the actual shrinking around 2 months, but oiliness will go away quickly even on low dose 10mg ed accutane. Just a few days.
