He might be referring to the muscle around the molar which I'm pretty sure is your cheek muscle, but basically the more you work that muscle out the more fatter your face looks. So chewing excessively will overwork the cheek muscle

So would you say he’s right to chew in the front?

I wouldn't say to chew with your front, but you should be chewing slowly with your whole mouth.

your molars are literally meant for chewing up food so please use them. premolars should be used as well and ur canines. Incisors... more for biting food off.

Merry Christmas too brother. I find all this shit retarted but I’m aware I’ve had some bad habits that have made my face assymetrical so I’m trying to fix them and that’s all

chewing with the back of your teeth will lead to masseter growth

chewing with the front of your teeth, on paper, if done correctly and for an extended period of time, can push your maxilla upwards and forwards (highly unlikely), more likely for your alveolar ridge to be pushed upwards and forwards, giving you an open bite alongside the appearance of better maxillary development, chewing with the front of your teeth will also of course lead to masseter growth

in theory, chewing with the front of your teeth should mimic the bite and tear motion out great ancestors used to eat meat

The love of Jesus belongs everywhere and if my brain is the passage to which you need to learn about it then the last thing I’ll do is leave. Gosh bless you
