Almost everyone. How many people have a maxilla even close to Barrett's? If you're in the average range then you can still pull your maxilla a lot forward and it will be always for the better.

The bluepilled doctors often even push back one of the jaws, their only concern is the bite. But when the double jaw surgery is done for aesthetics and intentionally focuses on forward growth the results are almost always amazing:

Almost all people who do double jaw for aesthetics get a genio too, rare are the people who have somewhat recessed jaws to the point of wanting a lefort but have an ideal chin.
