My inhib is soo high
I can’t even talk with girls without being awkward nor have an eye contact with them.
Whenever I see a group of teenagers walking towards me I always try to avoid them by walking in another direction
Or every time when Iam going out to meet with a girl I always feel soo ill and scared
And Iam always soo demotivated,I feel like an literal zombie....
Having an eye contact is literally impossible
Not even getting drunks helps,when I got drunk for my first time I was even more quieter then usual

I took an antidepressant in the past for depression and social anxiety but stopped taking it after a week. It kind of worked but I still overthank what I was going to say in conversations.
