Can anyone do a good high IQ assessment of me?

Not looking for a rating, I figure I'm around "3.5psl". Just an assessment on ratios, good/bad features and what surgeries or methods would benefit me the most, if any

I can't figure out what, if anything, would benefit me

Tried reaching out to @RealSurgerymax but he seems very busy

I want to know if it's actually worth taking a loan out for surgeries, and not to drop 50k+ just for only a slight improvement

I've already told you for months you need lefort 1 followed by rhinoplasty. You've yet to get either of them.
