hard to guess, ive seen people from like 30 meters away I tought they were short when they approached me they were taller than what I tought, proportions can make someone look shorter or taller

He's below average height of average man in whatever region he's from, but not by much probably about 1- 2 inches shorter, if you look at pics where he's in a crowd

You can guess if someone is short or tall with 99% percent accuracy just by looking at their feet size (shoe size) and calves
