Can anyone explain why High PFL is considered attractive?

Recently I've been thinking, and I think it's because it's a health signal
High PFL = sign you've developed well/have good genetics
Reason I thought of this is because short PFL is a common trait in patients of a lot of different genetic/birth defects, such as fetal alcohol syndrome and williams syndrome

But I also remember reading a study someone linked here about how high PFL/a long medial canthus is related to the cranial base's development, I think it was forward growth of orbital area or something

Does anyone have a clear answer?

based, high pfl alone can save your WHOLE eye area, short philtrum is probably the MOST important feature for harmony

cars are designed with inspiration from nature to look as good as possible (talking about sports cars)
the narrow headlights probably has same look as wide set eyes, compared to the virgin narrow set 50s automobile incel headlights
same reason that the same car's headlights used as first example is vertically narrow, sharp corners/shape, and is posiively tilted

also those headlights have around same horizontal length/width as the round headlights used as other example, but what makes it look better is the height to width ratio, which make it vertically narrow and hunter like

its just interesting tbh, understanding not just how everything aesthetics wise is objective, but also the deeper reasoning behind it biologically
like how full lips are considered attractive because as you age you lose a lot of volume in them making it a youth signal
or how large/dimorphic cheekbones are attractive because theyre a sexual maturity display because they grow during puberty

it seems the higher the pfl the better, as long as your medial canthus doesnt look freakish tier (like andreas eriksen for example)

Hers look relatively normal, probably on the above-average side. Tbh, not sure what mutation-tier, horizontal width of the eyes would look like, I don't think it's too common. If I had to guess, it probably exceeds normal range when the eye area's size all around is too big. So vertically tall and horizontally wide, giving that almost bug-eyed look.

As for attractive anime characters, yeah Japanese character designers are probably the most black-pilled people out there. They know how to emphasize and exaggerate sexually dimorphic and predominantly western features in their characters. For woman, it's larger eyes that make them look youthful and feminine, and men, narrow, wide eyes.

No it isnt jfl.
It's another PSL meme, eventually japaneses who overdosed anime, i swear 99% of psl is obsessed with muh big skull, muh big everything... Truth is that average skull with good ratios is the best... Chico is the best example of pretty perfect ratios. Average or a little bit smaller skulls look way more aesthetic + if you gymcel your frame will look even more impressive (David Laid example). Nobody wants to end up looking uncanny like Barrett.
Most PSL icons and 7psl+ chads such like Chico, Delon, Nessman, Ballou, Stephen James, DiCaprio, Noszka, Pitt, Hemsworth, Somerhalder (25.5mm pfl btw), Lowe, Bieber (just lol), Dellisola and many more have average or below average PFL (Chico has slighty below average pfl but its frauded with eyelases so gives impression of higher, but well everyone can grow their eyelashes out and improve perceived PFL)
Only legit good looking people with high pfl i can think of are O'Pry, Barrett, de Poot and Gandy... Barrett is questionable tho, he is only 30mm which aint so much... but yet O'Pry, de Poot, Barrett give uncanny and autistic vibes and their smv is lower than Delon for example.

Ofc im not saying that lower PFL is superior. All im saying PFL doesnt matter and most of gl people have PFL on lower side. Its not what makes or breaks eye area unless its really fucked up and very small compared to rest of face but it can work in second direction too. If your face is proportionate then even PFL of 25mm isnt problem. All what matters is to have tight lower eyelid so your eyes are narrow vertically.
I used to care about PFL too, but then i realized its not a problem since it suits my face.
PFL is not really fixable, you would need some really extreme and dangerous surgery and yet i doubt it would work, better to forget about this, carry on and focus on other more important aspects of eye area.
