im guessing from the thread you made earlier you feel insecure about having this.
i have the same thing, a good way of making it looks less prominent is to slightly smile all of the time, not even smile but almost tense you cheek muscles. at least this works for me.

These aren't nasolabial folds, they are actually the opposite, I have the same. I think that's when your lower maxilla is prominent or something like that.

in a few years, the malar fat will drop off over your upper jaw.

You need to advance your jaw (Lefor I + lower jaw).

How many mm? take a picture with your implants and check it you have to increase more your jaws
