im 17 6'5ish 200lbs 27percent bf, I know I need to lean down mainly but what else can I fix? Could I get a current and potential rating too please. I added that bottom half close pic cause thats where my main issues are I think

no i cant see the rest of your bone structure under the fat, ur side profile isnt the greatest, htn and 6'5 still absolutely slays, if u wanna get any fillers, fix ur gonial angle/short ramus, grow ur maxilla out a bit more, and fix ur loose hyoid skin, (probably ur biggest problem atm, but probably easily fixable with losing weight considering ur high bf%) ypu can be cl-high cl borderline chad considering ur height, you will have infinite pussy

I’d say MTN. The upper half of your face actually looks HTN. Good eye area, hairline, etc.
I’d say look into increasing jaw width, along with chin length + width. Other than that, pretty good potential. Maybe HTN at least especially due to your insane colouring potential (light blue eyes, golden skin, brown curly hair is ideal for mulattos).

also what surgeries should I get, I need to know how much I need to save, im planning on getting chin and jaw implants, and a rhino, is there other surgeries I need. I was looking into mouth widening but that doesn't look great
