You’re only 14 rn idk how tall you are or your physique but from what i can see your a lltn. You have far too much downward growth and for now i would focus on ccw rotation and increasing bone mass, try hgh or something like it. When your bone age is below 14.5, which you should confirm with an x ray, you can pair this with aromatase inhibitors. Also definitely grow out your hair.
