So, I used to be DICED and I mean genuinely DICED. I used to sit around 10-12% bf, a good healthy percent for myself. My abs were visible but I also had a good level of muscular development. But then I bulked, and it has gone TOO far. I started my bulk pre-covid and with gyms shutting down intra-covid, I kept my increased caloric intake but with little to none workouts. To add to the damage, I moved cities for university and it was horrible to find a new gym.
I am now FAT. I'm a fat fuck sitting at 100kg (around 20% bf) with decent muscular development still (won't lie, my chest and arms are huge). Regardless my face is fucked, fat chubby flabby shit. So how do I lean down. I've tried just taking it slow with caloric deficit but it isn't cutting it.
Any recommendations? should I plunge my diet? do more HIIT??
