Can anyone learn painting/drawing at a high level ?

I want to learn drawing and aim for a painting style like in those pictures… problem is I’m mildly dyspraxic, very bad spatial awareness and I draw worse then a 5 y old.. I want and honest and objective answer if it’s possible if you like work very hard.

ofcourse, you just never will be one of the bests

You will never be the best at anything, unless you started young.

I know I will get alot of "water" for this one, but my intention is not to reveal some sacred knowledge, it's just for sake of discussion. Anyone who thinks they will be able to become Rich off of a specific skill or subject, know that you will never ever be the best unless you started young...
