Not possible, nobody looks good when they are obese. Even If they hold less face fat compared to other parts of their body they will still look a bloated fat mess.

Life begins at minimum 15% body fat

No I've been fat since 9, when I was 14 I hit 140kg then i managed to lose weight now im binge eating and dieting and just maintain at like 105kg
