Yeah it's done to keep competition down and scare people off. No different to the elites saying 95% of start ups fail so stick to wage cucking.

to be fair, after I got out of my small town and moved into the big city to go to university, the racist incidents I have faced have drastically decreased. and i never felt like my name was holding me back from making friends in Uni
