Can anyone send me a healthy diet? For testosterone, muscles etc…

mediterranean diet or whatever includes a diet with whole mostly unprocessed high quality protein foods (red and white meat, fish, eggs, goat's milk which is more digestable than regular milk, cheeses, whey protein, etc), good fats, no refined sugar, probiotic food, etc
 
Cereal, burgers, ice cream, candy and whatever tf your body craves
 
sprinting+weights, better sleep quality, natural supplements etc will also have a huge effect on T

Greek yogurt is optimal?
 
Greek yogurt is optimal?
yes its a really good choice, make sure there are no added sugar in the ingredients list and preferably chose one with "contains live colture bacteria" or something along those lines, its basically live bacteria that is beneficial for your gut health. there are a lot of foods with beneficial bacteria and i would suggest to eat different fermented foods and eat them regularly enough, so that you have a diverse microbiome that will aid with digestion and gut health.
i usually eat it with honey and oatmeal (these are considered prebiotics, which is basically food for the healthy bacteria in the yogurt), some fruits and 100% dark chocolate.
if you care you should also avoid gluten even if you are tolerant to it, it still creates inflammation according to some nutritionist, i still eat it from time to time tho.

It’s a god breakfast for muscles or testosterone?
This is my breakfast,We actually have the same breakfast, but I've never seen it at a gymboy to build muscles.
Maybe it will body testosterone ?

yeah if you want to go for more proteins i would also do couple eggs or maybe try pancakes or crepes made with egg white and whey protein powder, you can find a lot of recipes on youtube

Why gym guys don’t eat some of that’s things ?
