the issue is not how you look right after the procedure, but how you look once fillers migrate elsewhere
if you inject fillers in the jawline, they are likely to migrate to your cheeks

Nope, totally and 100% false. Especially not when injecting against the bone. Fillers don't migrate like that and there is no scientific to back up what you just claimed.
What does happen is that the filler settles and "spreads out" over the injected surface. It absorbs water. It won't look as sharp as it did after injection. And, if overdone, it might look bloated, especially if your BF% isn't low. It won't, and can't, migrate to your cheeks.
