Can anyone vouch for hgh or igf1 increase from GABA

Read this study about a 400% increase in gh and igf1 levels after 3g of GABA.

I haven’t seen anyone in this forum actually talk about the hgh benefits and am wondering if anyone here has taken it or have more information.
