Depends what your base is. If you have MTN base with no major flaws then you can probs ascend to HTN at most after a couple years of softmaxxing.

puberty finishing along with hormones naturally rising is a good way to ascend tbh. Might sound like a low iq mf but david laid is an example of this (from 13-16) he looks amazing idk if he was on the good stuff in his 2016 prime tho
