Want to know if it is even possible to NTmax or if it is pre-determined by genetics and what your childhood was like

And is anyone only NT when drunk?

Think the only way is to just learn how to be NT and fake being NT irl. Then pray that you can fake it well enough that your brain just defaults to it. And yeah, I become far more NT when I get drunk + vape.

Don't think so tbh.

Awkwardness is caused by not knowing what to say in a social situation + social anxiety. Both can be fixed to a certain extant, by gaining more social experience and fixing your bad brain chemistry.

Yes. Get a job at a coffee shop, waiter, etc. (not fast food btw) and quite literally do your job. You'll meet new people share experiences and whatnot. And you'll master always having something to talk about with other people.

Besides that. I don't see anything else helping. Maybe sports but you have to be good for that shit

If you have social anxiety, meds might help. People hate on meds but SSRIs made me much better socially. Obviously, experiences vary.

this is good advice but some people take it too far. some just like to fake a personality and when you get to know them they're soo unhappy and negative

was thinking of trying these but dont know if they are a long term solution. as in will I have to continue taking SSRIs for the rest of my life, and if I don't will I revert back to being awkward again?

just dont want to be in a situation where I make friends, have a gf and then suddenly I don't have access to these and they start thinking I'm weird/dont want to hang out anymore

After I stopped taking them, anxiety came back a bit, but not as much as before, probably because I gained a lot more social experience while on them.

Why would you lose access to them? I only quit them because I needed to in order to qualify to join the military. I had no side effects other than that I lasted longer in bed.

Yeah, get comfortable with yourself. Develope a totally kickin personality. When you encounter a girl dazzle her with some pizzazz. Just be tariffic.

I probably wont lose access to them but I've heard that they impair your memory and lower your iq in the long-term, which would be very detrimental for my career/moneymaxxing goals

After reading the thread on here about SSRIs, I immediately chucked mine into the garbage. Shit didn't work even after doubling the dose (10 to 20 mg) and reading that was the final straw. Stuff is literal cancer.

I NT maxed in real life.
Just spend lots of time in social situations with many different people. Try starting
conversations with strangers, and making friends. You will fuck up many times socially. When that happens dwell on the pain, and your brain will learn to take all kinds of lessons from that. You'll also need to switch social groups every once and a while, because your fuckups will kill your value in those groups, but you learn and keep going.

It took many, many years. And I'm not fully NT, but good enough in most situations.

When your personality is so different than most people's(the dominant personality) that communication is near impossible there's not much that can be done

If you don’t wanna go the perscription route, maybe trip psilocybin? (If legal in your jurisdiction)

Yeah this, everyone just needs to practice in slow steps and push yourself out of the comfort zone

I'm not so sure. I'm just gonna try to get good looking enough to where the perks of being NT come easily so I don't have to worry too much about it.

i'm 26 (i know it's over) and still figuring out how to reduce the awkwardness. i was doing well untill the pandemic and quarantines crushed me now i'm back to 0. things that I'm planning to try:
- Ntness training on propranolol= freezes your cortisol so you don't start physically acting weird in awkward situation ( like sweating, becoming red..) ( not good for long term propranolol nucs test)
- ashwaghanda + NAC+ gym + and various supplement = for some confidence ( not good for the long term either can cause depression)
- 1-CP-lsd= I've never tried psychedelics tbh and I usually avoid hippie advice but shaking up your serotonin levels once in a while could also help + there are many studies supporting that + I've got nothing to lose at this point.
- F-phenibut = I'm used to regular phenibut it's nothing magical but it significantly helps with social anxiety, F phenibut is supposed to be 5 times stronger, the reviews are mixed I need to try it before assuming.
If you have the money you can also get CBT therapy, especially if you are young it can help a lot( i didn't have this chance)
Changing your personality is harder than changing your face, it's not an easy process, it comes after a lot of suffering, but we've got nothing to lose there's no way back.

thanks for this man.

I've been actively working on improving my personality over the years and have developed pretty good social skills as a result. however, the problem lies in the fact that I am still incredibly anxious, which I just can't seem to get over no matter what, and its very visible in social situations (shaking, weird/awkward body language, stumbling over words etc.). but thankfully this all disappears when I drink so theres that

Can vouch for 1CP LSD. Shit is good, it improves my mood for a whole week and makes me slightly more NT for the same period of time.

Not my experience but I think that's because I only did 170ug max. Try big doses like 400ug+ with a trip sitter and see what happens. Also make sure that your mood is good to begin with, otherwise you risk getting a bad trip.

Yes.

Get off the internet. Stop talking to people on the internet. Maybe you can watch a video or read a few articles and check your email, but don't spend a lot of time online, and don't socialize online. Forums, social networking, Discord, vlogs, cut all of that out, and start spending a much greater amount of time talking to people IRL. You will become a lot less awkward over a few months.

You probably won't do that, but it is possible.

Yes, it's all in the structure of the brain after all

Asking if there is a way to become nt is like asking if you can lengthen ur femur and inch - yes, you just gotta use more invasive methods to accomplish the change
