Asymmetrical teeth can cause asymmetry in other body parts, it's part of the body's compensation mechanism, for example: if your right side's teeth are lower than the left side's, probably you will develop right side Scoliosis, your shoulders, hips and mainly head will be uneven to the right side, they will be lower...

Fixing the teeth can cure those (would recommend getting to a Chiropractor because muscles and become tight/weak over time, so he can strengthen the weak muscles and loose the tight muscles, helping with the imbalance).
