can being big enough negate face?

I know there is no gym for your face. im pretty sure i have a tumor which makes my back and head grow nonstop forever basically. Despite trying my best to looksmax, my head growing nonstop just makes me look like an ogre freak. my upperback keeps growing and i look big if i wear the right clothes. my arms are small and in regular t shirts i look small. Not sure what to do. People even started to give me evil dirty looks and running from me or teasing me for my looks. i know gmymaxxing is cope, but ineed the means to defend myself, because its going beyond dating. people (fake hood people) are trying to get cred by punking me and im just sitting there on the train.

Any advice?
