Bimax maxillary advancement isn't as much as u think, bimax allows for counter clockwise rotation of the lower jaw, which I need since my jaw is very downgrown.

And even tho my maxilla is decent, it still took a hit as the mandible is connected to the maxilla (my nose is slightly hooked at the end, that's a sign, moving the maxilla will fix that).

Also the lefort 1 cut in the maxilla expands the palate around 5mm.

Yes u r right, the mandibular angle itself doesn't change, but the mandible outside the lefort cut still autorotates with the maxilla as the maxilla moves forward. Right now it's pushed inside, when it autorotates outwards, the jawline will become more visible. You cant even see my mandibular angle in these photos as my jaw is literally pushed into my face.
