I was talking to a dude here on looksmax.org and he mentioned that I would need a 3d custom design implant which would advance the jaw and give me chin projection.do you think this can happen?

It would be an improvement but not enough, you will still need additonal stuff like implants for midface to compensate for the big movement alone. Also a rhino will be necessary in your case.

I've already answere the dms but this might be an interesting fact for other indians & pakis reading this.

A decent surgery done for the whole face in the west can cost up to 20-40k, depending on what's needed. Trimax (Bimax+Genio), Rhino, Custom Titan-Implants. And braces ofc.
This is considered a good price.

Ofc, if you are stuck in a third world country like India and Pakistan, it can be an option to go to a surgeon in your own country. It will be much cheaper. But the imagination alone of meeting Sunil Richardson IRL makes me dizzy and very nauseous. It's going to be a riskier mission but it's possible to ascend even in third world countries.
