My mouth is narrow, and so is my smile, I have buccal corridors. I was wondering whether a two-jaw advancement could volumize the lower face area and stretch the skin out? My mouth area looks 10 times better if I just stretch it a bit.

If your mouth is narrow because the left and right corners of your lips are recessed from the middle point of the lips, then yes it will improve width a little bit by bringing those 2 corners more in line with the center of the mouth.

If you get braces to widen your teeth, that will also widen your lips a little bit too.

Yes, pushing the bone forward will undoubtedly affect soft tissue. Especially with Genio.
