As the title says, I have very bad asymmetry, can bimax to fix jaw asymmetry over time fix eye lvl asmmetry?
@Sergio-OMS @RealSurgerymax
I read this article saying it does, but is the correction in eyes is from head position or bone changes idk.

Only relative asymmetry because of head position.

May you clarify what you mean? Im sure what you mean by relative asymmetry.

is not possible that the maxilla is at an angle and since the orbitals rest on top of the maxilla that they too would be at an angle and thus there is asymmetry where one orbital is higher than the other?

I don't have vertical eye position assymetry. One side of my face is more upward and forward grown so one eye is more bulging and mildly strabismus like. Can surgery fix that?
