Can bimax widen lips?

Wider lips along with long ramus and flat mandibular plane are responsible for masculine lower face.
I found two cases of djs (both done by A) that appear to significatly widen distance between corners.

After getting wider lips and wider mandible their faces gain more sex appeal and overall looks more handsome(?)

In these pictures you never know if the facial expression is the same, looks like in the left ones the guys are a bit more relaxed.

I know for a fact some some surgeons try to make you look as sub-human as possible in the before pics.
