Can blepharoplasty ascend my eye area?

So im going to get Upper & lower blepharoplasty + fat grafts to my lower eyelid, i predict to get this surgery in June 2026 all in one.

after this i want to get another surgery which is fat grafts to my supras.
What yall think ?

Have you already consulted a few ophthalmologists/occuloplastic surgeons ? Or have you come up with this surgical plan on your own ?

I can see how a lower bleph with fat repositioning could bring a significant improvement.

On the other hand, I'm not too sure about the upper bleph, as it may cause undesirable upper eyelid exposure. Maybe only refining the upper eyelid / supraorbital with fat grafting would be a better approach.

Would a result like the morph below satisfy you ?

I didn’t consult yet actually i stack money for this. i’ve watched results on facebook groups about bleph when i posted they told me to get both bor best aesthetic i have some brutal pics when i woke up

The morph u showed seems really good to me cuz of results i can i get in lower price. Both bleph with fat grafts is like 5k$ in my country
For Supra i thought mostly to give it more hunter deep set look
But thats what i will aimimg for prob

Your eyes seem quite deep set already. I think the current hooding simply needs additional fullness to look more aesthetic. In other words, the upper eyelid's outline has to be neater, more even. Fat grafting should achieve just that and get rid of the double lateral crease.

I could be wrong though. Let us know how your future consults go.
