If i stay natural, and take supplements like k2 and d3, and get a high calcium intake, and go to the gym, will bonemass increase if im lucky? Im 13 turning 14 in a month, if there are other supplements you suggest I take or specific foods lmk.

if you genuinely insist on staying natural then yeah taking vitimin D and k2 will support growth along with calcium. the most important factor is sleep though if your sleeps shit you will not grow. id advise hopping hgh in a year maybe when your like 15 thats what i did and its really not hard, being nattys kinda cope but i get it cause your quite young

also be in a slight caloric surplus and make sure your hitting your protein target relative to your weight every day

Also, do hard chewing, its gonna help alot to project and also do hard mewing at that age you still have a chance at bone modelling, (not bone re-modelling)

I mew like 80% of the day. And started since 2 years ago, maybe its just puberty but I changed, and hard chewing would only work if im a baby.

I cant become unnatural, especially cuz i want to, and my religion.

bro he is 13 and 14 and says he wants to be natural, he barely got options other than health maxing but minnimal help. Tbh orthodontics could help his development but if he is that age i doubt he could fund it and you know how parents are like there is no way their funding ts.
 
I gotta stay natural, and im broke
sleep minimum 9h a night and have a good sleep schedule. It'll take you far during puberty if you have semi decent genetics. sleep is king

sleep, nutrition and calorie intake is like 95% of genuine growth. hard chewing wouldnt do anything to ur bones it trains your jaw muscles and if your not on roids that wouldnt do anything meaningful:lul::lul:
