Can bonesmashing my brow ridge and infras reduce my upper eyelid exposure? I've been bonesmashing my infras and I've noticed that my scleral show is slowly going away but EVERY SINGLE TIME I bonesmash my brow ridge, in the moment my upper eyelid exposure is reduced but then when I go to sleep, the next day MY UEE IS SUDDENLY BACK? Is this just because I haven't been consistent or is it true that bonesmashing just doesn't work on the brow ridge? And if its true that bone smashing truly cant fix my UEE then what do I do? I cant get surgery because I'm too young and I'm not injecting SHIT into my face. ( I'm looking for genuine advice, so if you can help me get the fuck on. )

The reason your UEE is back the next day is because bonesmashing doesn't work that fast. You aren't seeing bone growth; you're seeing localized edema (fluid swelling). When the swelling goes down overnight, the hooded look vanishes because the bone hasn't actually moved.

1. Stop hitting the brow ridge. The skin there is thin and hitting it causes micro-scarring and chronic puffiness, not forward projection.
2. Focus on the Infras/Maxilla: If you have high UEE, it's usually because your maxilla is recessed (no support). You need to swing the maxilla up (mewing/hard chewing) to actually change the eye shape.
3. Internal Bloat: If you wake up with high UEE, you likely have high systemic inflammation or poor lymphatic drainage. Check your iris for a scurf Rim or lymphatic congestion if your body is holding water, your eyelids will never look tight.
