Can both CCW and CW be done on a downward grown face? [BIMAXcels get in]

Imagine a high angle class 2 malocclusion mixed with a downward grown face. (=protuded upper teeth)

Wouldnt it be optimal to rotate the occlusal plane ccw wise (PNS) to improve recessed face and angle, and the ANS (anterior) cw wise so the teeth are still visible? Bc if you rotate ccw wise without a gummy smile or anything, the teeth would disappear a bit.

If my thought process didnt make sense, please correct im still trying to understand the physics of jaw surgery

(Im not even sure if any rotation would be possible, because of the major asymmetry and therefore tmjd risks)

here my teeth: what movements are optimal/possible in my case?

btw surgeon told me surgery wont fully correct malc. and braces would do the rest

I don't think so because they can rotate via posterior downgraft. The teeth would only disappear if they rotate via anterior impaction.

You will get some extra rotation mid-mandible with BSSO to close open bite

Get screened for TMJ, some weird shit is going out there

It totaly depend on how your bite is

Also u can do many piece lf1 to get the desired occlusale plane from side

But if you do CW, and CCW lower
It can create a posterior open bite that u can fix with brace.

Btw my 2nd bimax was comp'exe i got 3piece lf1:
CW upper, side i got different CW
Lower i didnt have any rotation done

Now i have posterior open bite but it will be fixed with braces

nothing special about it

Its just lf1 with 2 or 4 pieces that you manipulate.

For example if you have open bite in one side, then u can do downgraft on this side while the other side now downgraft

Or if lower arc is bigger than upper, then the lf1 with many piecr can make them fit together
