Can braces change bone projection at any age?

I’m just wondering if braces can change projection at any age, is there a certain age where braces can’t do anything?

braces are soley dental enhancements to straighten your teeth, however if you get teeth removed to make room that can fuck your development

The way some bones develop are due to how your teeth align, i’m just wondering if getting braces will realign it back to it’s original area no matter the age.
