I heard on the internet that braces can make you receded and I don’t really wanna do that. My mom wants to get me braces but I’m not sure shouts that.
My teeth aren’t that bad also.

And is there a way after I would get braces to get my jawline back to togheter if the braces would make me receded

I had braces and unless you use the rubberbands youre gonna get a recessed chin, i didnt use the rubberbands for my overbite so i got cooked, but for overall smile it helps a fuck ton, just remember to use wax if youre bleeding from them, brush often, scrape your tongue, floss and use mouthwash for optimal breathmaxxing, and use your retainer after youre done with braces to not let your teeth or jaw (if you have and under or overbite) naturally fall back into place
