Can braces help at fixing lower third face assymetry?

Can braces help at fixing lower third face assymetry like lips assymetry jaw assymetry. i also have some crowding in bottom and a gup in the 2 upper front teeth ?

it can sometimes improve facial asymmetry if it's caused by dental misalignment. If it’s not caused by your teeth you need surgery
