I have a philtrum that is a little more projected than damian kater and I want to know if it can be fixed with braces. anyway my chin is not recessed

Braces can only move your teeth. They don't change the shape of your bones or other parts of your face.
A projecting labial philtrum is part of the shape of your face, and it's made up of bone and skin. Since braces only work on teeth, they can't change the shape of your philtrum.
It's like trying to fix a crooked fence by only moving the plants around it. The plants (your teeth) can move, but the fence (your philtrum) will stay the same
