tbh how I would imagine doing it is breaking your nose, especially the area you want to shape, then make a hard case with the desired shape, with holes cut for breathing, then put it on until it heals

Idk, in theory yeah but the way you heal is random, that's why most athletes are done after one severe injury, the bones are never exactly the same so they'll never be able to get back the equilibrium they spent years on training

Let's say you break you nose, congrats now that it heals back you can either:

-lose any bump you had and finally have a normal non Jewish nose

-the bump gets worse and you actually get a Jewish nose

- your nose gets wider

Etc...
