can buccal removal permanently cook you?

buccal fat removal doesnt always work quite like you expect it too, fat is stored differently and there will be different results, you could look uncanny

What if I got partial removal first? then if it looks alright get full? my cheeks are so puffy even tho im lean 24/7

Its unlikely to make you look uncanny.
One thing I would say though is just make sure you go to a half decent surgeon, and make sure they remove a similar amount % wise from each side.

If they have any difficulties during it make sure you check with them that similar amount where removed. (When I had it done for some reason the surgeon struggled pulling out the fat on my left side and now I often times think its slightly fuller and that theres more fat there, theres not my zygos just not as pronounced on my left but its a feeling that doesn't go away even after considering logical reasons.)


*You should asks them how many CCs they removed after, I forgot to ask and its my biggest regret after having it done.

You'll lose some of that fat automatically when you age. as long your collagen doesn't look like shit in your late twenties.

I dont think so, your buccal fat pads dont seem that big, but mine were large. But regardless you will still benefit from it as your main flaw now from what I see is your cheek area, lips and potentially eyes

You posted your pics in another thread, you are a bimax candidate; you are lacking angularity not primarily because of an excess of buccal fat but because your jaws and infras are recessed. When you are recessed buccal fat provides structural support if anything and removing it causes your skin to sag resulting in that gaunt look.

If you aren't getting bimax, please forget all surgeries.

When you are recessed buccal fat provides structural support if anything and removing it causes your skin to sag resulting in that gaunt look.

If you aren't getting bimax, please forget all surgeries.

Bimax would boost you like 125% and genio like 25% if I had to put a number to it. You need both jaws rotated and advanced. There are people who for whom the bimax to genio gains ratio is like 100%/50%. You are not one of them. Genio alone would also not produce the requisite facial structure to get a decent result from buccal fat removal. Personally, given what I saw, I would not cheap out, I would do everything in your power to save money for it and make sure you get the perfect plan.

I have seen erol cansiz make some very bad decisions and gaslight patients. I don't recommend him. I don't know eren pera so I can't say. I don't know surgeons from Turkey that well.
