Can cancer treatment stunt growth by 4-5 inches?

Had cancer at 2 and now im 5'5. I was projected to be 5'9-5'10 (My mom is 5'9 and dad is 5'7)

Depends on how you got the cancer
Depends on thousands factors, how you got the cancer etc....

I can not give you a yes or no answer

i think theres a model that had cancer and he is still 6 feet so i dont think it stunts growth u may catch up to your height u never know until your 20

Both chemotherapy and radiation therapy can impact growth afaik.

nueroblastoma. had chemo and abdominal radiation. Does this stunt growth by damaging bones?

I'm sad to read that.
I've read that chemotherapy can directly affect growth plates chondrocytes, and thus have a negative effect on final height/delay growth, it doesn't damage bones per se but can affect the cells responsible for making you grow basically.

It was a necessary sacrifice i guess, otherwise you wouldn't be here

true. I tried taking HGH (from doctor) put it didnt really work + i wasnt deficient so i think the damage was done to the tissue.

I feel bad for my dad because he found a way to marry a 5'9 women to save the bloodline (he's 5'7) and I ended up even shorter then him. I guess my genes should still be good atleast.
 
With those parents you should be 5'10 min
