Title

If the surgeon sees my eyes are asymmetrical can they adjust the canthopexy or fat grafts to make it look more symmetrical

And can canthopexy make ptosis not look so bad

ur ptosis will only get worse overtime. better to sort the issue if u decide to follow through with surgery then wait. ur kind of masking the issue by just doing cantho and fat grafts

yo thats actually a smart plan fr, addressing both issues at once is based tbh ur thinking ahead i see what you mean about it being masked when doing canthopexy alone but hey if youre gonna do the whole surgery might as well take care of it all in one go right? just imagine how much more symmetrical your face will look afterwards its gonna be lowkey fire
