i am skinny fat meaning im underweight but still have face fat i posted a thread asking how to ascend and i was recommended hgh test and anvar and im worried because im 16 and i dont want to look uncanny can cardio work snd if so how and if not can i wait till i graduate hs later this year to start taking peptides

*high effort reply cause i see myself in you so please read, i used to be skinny fat when i was younger and this is what i did to fix my physique in 1 year with no steroids* (also to answer your question cardio is better than peptides for overall health but reta is more efficient)

Are you serious? Cardio is the base to shrinking down your body fat %, start with cardio then start considering retatrutide
 
Just doing cardio is harder and not as effective as tracking cals and deficitmaxxing.

niggaaa don't start peptides at all you are just falling for a scam they ain't gonna magically ascend you they can help but everything they do you can do by yourself and by just asking does cardio lower bf means that you dont know enough about basic human biology and u want peptides

twin imma be honest with you because a lot of people here will tell you some bullshit on how to ascend you have two ways soft and hard, u at 16 should only focus on soft like working out, diet, posture especially posture, it can help you a lot in ascending surgery and enhanced puberty that is on you

well keep lifting, and try too put on mucle but what u can try too do which is what i did, is start reta until ur body is forced too eat the fat. a soft max solution is just dont eat any sugar and hangout w ur friends more, but pets say ur hungry and u want too eat candy dont eat a dif food insted just dont eat anythinh, unless ur hungry for real food and not sugar dont eat, only if u feel ur stomach rumballing, also try date, like the candy ones in the start bvc they have 300 kcal a bag and around half of it will take ur craving away

1. your primary concern should be body recomp, so a phase in where you build muscle and lose fat at the same time, even tho the most important part will be building muscle for now
what to do: for diet buy some protein powder, eat a lot of meat, cut out processed carbs only eat potatoes, fruits, carrots and eat a decent amount of fat like avocados, butter since your test is probably down the gutter; only drink water, milk and 0 calorie soda.
for lifting find a split that you like, i did ppl 6 days a week, every exercise you decide to do do it to failure for two sets; every new week add a little bit of weight to every exercise.
follow this protocol for atleast 6 months
(download a calorie calculator app and go check what your daily caloric intake is with a random website)

2. at the 6 months mark we’ll start with either a bulk or a cut, (depending on the results we wanna achieve) if you’re happy with your muscle mass you can go in a deficit, just take what your daily caloric intake is and take off 300~ calories, as for the cardio just walk a lot (10-15k steps a day)
no running and no jogging, just sprint a few times a week if you want to, it’s more fun and a lot healthier for you
in a few months months you’ll be decently lean.
if you wanna get bigger then do the same calorie thing but instead of taking off add 300~
we wanna start eating in a slight surplus over the course of a few months and maybe change the split to ul 5 days a week with more load and volume on every exercise; or keep doing ppl if you prefer…
the loading and volume part is a non-negotiable tho. (i still recommend walking 10k steps a day even when on a bulk, gonna be harder to hit your calorie goal but it’s worth it)

3. to maintain the gains we wanna stay at around our maintenance calories.
here is the part where you don’t really need to push hard in the gym anymore and you can start eating a little bit of bullshit again, just know that if you get a little skinnier or if you gain a little bit of fat it’s gonna be a lot easier to gain the muscle back or lose the fat quickly, so don’t stress

following this i guarantee you your physique will noticeably improve. please do not use any steroids at 16 especially anavar
hgh is fine at low-medium doses but it won’t change your height and it’s relatively expensive for its mediocre fitness results.
test i don’t recommend since you have to buy all this other shit to completely block every side effect and imo it’s just not worth it at 16, maybe 19 and so on sure

I regularly observe 13-15- y/o kids who confuse being bloated with simply still being a kid.

Of course it’s possible, but statistically it’s not very likely that he has an actual issue in that regard if he’s indeed skinny
