My jaw seems to be badly rotated. As a result, its too tall, and I have mentalis strain.

Is it possible to do a rotation of my jaws, and then do sliding genioplasty for my mentalis strain to disappear?

I also have a protruding lower lip, leading to an even bigger mentalis strain
