Can ccw rotation improve the ramus lenght?

I really wanna know this because in a couple of months months im getting bimax and genio, and i would like to know if that rotation could moderatly improve my ramus lenght or at least give the illusion to be longer?

No, you might need jaw angles with/after your Bimax.
CCW rotation would give you a lesser gonial angle but not a longer ramus. There is no cut done to the ramus in a Bimax.

There is also an osteotomy that can be done to extend the ramus length IIRC, but I don’t know if many surgeons do it, and if your jaw functions okay after Bimax, I’d just opt for the jaw angles instead, since they’re probably safer and won’t negatively affect your jaw’s function.
