Like lets say a girl I marry is like ltb but if her parents were Chads/Stacies, can it be passed down to my kid?

Depends on what genetics, epigenetics exist too for example, environmental factors exist too, you could have subhuman jaw for example even if you had chad genes, send a pic of her to assess potential

Depends on how strong the chad genes are
 
Generally, only additive genetic effects get passed down. What probably happened is that the underlying additive genetics were MTNish generation 1 had 90th percentile luck and generation 2 had 30th percentile luck when it came to epistatic effects (gene-gene interactions), epigenetics, environment in general etc. The grandkids will probably be MTN
