Essentially my 1/4 black heritage gave me dark undereyes and infras 404 I know this is bone as I compared to my brothers have very different eye areas. I felt my brothers under eye and his zygos from the front projected further and set higher (from my white dad) I got my mullato mothers eye area.

It was passed down from my grandfather, my mother told me had the same thing and she hated it growing up. She had make up, I don’t 😢

My French side should have given me blue eyes :feelsree::feelsree:

The implants may also stretch/push out the circles. The combination of the darker area over a malar implant can actually make it look more like a 'bruise' or 'punched in the face' implant instead of malar implant. I'd get some lipofilling under-eye, fatgrafting ontop of the implant after

So would a conservative malar implant followed by fat grafts be better?

Fillers don’t really improve forward zygo projection and placement

My design below on the left side (higher rim) in combination with my dark circles (from finasteride usage) give the 'bruise effect'. Its not the bone change itself, but the combination of it pushing out the dark circles.

I wouldn't compromise malar enhancement though. I'm getting lipofilling to resolve dark circles permanently (probably with Dr. Albano in Italy)

Aren't under eye fillers dangerous and the fillers will migrate over time?

fin causes dark undereyes?

For a lot people yes. Minox. can as well. It can age you tremendously.

Not spoken about enough, and I think transplant are better because of this. Aging your whole face is not worth it

yeah they're pretty unpredicatable but not compared to upper eyelid fat grafts, he's just fine and they dissolve after 6-12 months just a temporary fix to a permanent solution

my friend also got malar filler and he got approached afterward with just 2mm more of bone

Yep, I’m definitely getting implants and top up angularity with fillers if need be within the next 1-2 years
