bimax should always be the first surgery on one's face because it is the one with the greatest impact on looks

Yes but depending on the cut of the bsso of the bimax, you will need longer or shorter healing time between those two. If the bsso is higher up, you can do not need healing time between, you can even do both at the same time (Dr.Z does it that way).
