Can constricting your hips limit their growth while on gh?

Since gh will cause growth of hips, can you limit it if you constrict it with some band or tight belt of sorts to limit its growth while you sleep?

Unless you're planning on restricting your bloodflow to the extent that you'll have to amputate your legs, I'd say no.
