Can Depression/ Mental health can be looks minimizing?

I think I have depression and now it very difficult to even go the gym.
Idk but my cortisol leaves are always high af all the fucking time.
I did the mental health test online and it gave me these results.

are there any ways I can fix it or should I go to doctor?
And which doctor I don't wanna go a fucking therapist.
answer would be appreciated.

yes it is affecting ur looks, by simple things like tension in ur face caused by stress, or overall if ur bad mood u will precive ur self as worse lookin

Not being chad (while young). Literally the root cause of all mental ailments and melancholy in the world. Females start experiencing it as soon as they descend

My sadness depends day to day, some days i feel rlly good some days i just go to the gym n cry in my room

I dont think its the low t cuz its around 700 smth i dont remeber last week i did my blood work and now i cant even have motivation to hit the gym

If you can't see a psychiatrist yet, feel free to get a complete blood panel done to check hormones, vitamin D, iron, etc. If anything's low, you can already infer that it could be contributing to your symptoms

If you did bloodwork and it's all in range, then yeah just go to a psych

However, if you never enjoyed or had motivation to go to the gym in the first place, don't expect to magically start wanting to go

Well i was locked in for gym since the day i went and even felt more motivated to go the next day but since like 5 6 months its like a tiring decision to do it plus no will to do any low activity task besides ldar
