Can diet alone increase/decrease bone mass?

Would it only have an effect during developing years/puberty if so?
 
Also yes it would diet matters only in development in terms of bones. Like you if you eat perfectly in development and grow to 6'4 with an chad skull but then after development start eating an horrible junkfood goyslop you are going to retain staying as an 6'4 chad. But if you did have an shit diet in development you would not become so developed and attractive you would develop alot worse.
An good example of this is Richard Ramirez he grew up hunting animals with his dad and eating the mean basically he lived on an primal diet essentially but he started eating sugar goyslop and horrible habits in his adult years which you could easily tell by his hair and health indicators but he still did remain with his highly developed bones.

Diet in development is really really important. But it is not as important after development cause it isnt going to affect your actual bones like it will in development therefore it is not en end of the world situation if you eat junkfood after you are done developing. You should still have an good diet after development ofcourse but you know it wont necessarily be completley detrimental to your looks or well your bones but it will be detrimental to your health and everything else ofcouse.
