Is dandelion root better thsn potassium for debloating?
Dandelion root is actually a proper diuretic. Potassium is more preventive thing. Potassium balances sodium levels. High sodium = water retention and potassium helps flush sodium out through urine, which in turn reduces water retention. They are inferior compared to prescriptions diuretics like Furosemide and Hydrochlorothiazide but both will destroy your kidneys and cause electrolyte imbalance if you abuse them.
It's going to lead to kidney damage with 90% of prescription diuretics, so it's something you only do once you really need to debloat.

Maybe there is a dosage that allows you to take it everyday but you are playing with your kidneys and health.

No. It will rape your kidneys unless it is stuff like dandelion root or something

Yes. If your diet is clean, keep your sodium levels in check, stay hydrated, you won't bloat in the first place. It is more sustainable long term.

What about cycling throughout the week like 3 times a week? And using the minimal dosages?
