Can doctors tell your parents you took reta when you get a blood test

I'm getting a bloodtest done September 4th cuz my mom wants to check my stuff idk and I'm currently on Reta and scared they will tell her and get me off of it

Doctors usually won’t automatically tell your parents what drugs like reta you’re taking just from a routine blood test

Most standard panels don’t directly show
reta use. What can happen is that reta can affect your liver enzymes, cholesterol or triglycerides and if those come back abnormal then a doctor might ask about medications but im pretty sure you’ll be fine

No, I believe they would have to test for that specifically.

some of your markers might be a bit weird depending on what tests ur getting done but theyre not gonna assume ur on reta lmao. don't worry, your mommys not gonna know and youll continue being a good boy in her eyes.

no way. they will probably see some markers off, but for sure they wouldnt assume its reta, never in this life.
