i’ve never seen a fucking bimax results from non-subhuman, most results on the internet are from severely deformed people

i just wonder if double jaw surgery could be bad for someone who has solid bonestructure but lacks a little bit of forward projection (like me)

ngl that’s the reason why i’m so excited to see his results. because i have a pretty similar skull to his (just not as short of a midface), but my chin is roughly 5 mm recessed. yes this recession could be ez fixable with genio alone but i wonder if i could benefit from actual double jaw surgery

you get put to sleep and they cut the bones in your face and rearrange them, what do you think?

that’s a valid point. the reason i ask this is that i’ve heard a lot of opinions from people who say it’s almost impossible to fail it and that it’s almost always beneficial

it improves ur face structurally which gives you not just a better bones but also improves your soft tissue which can even help with aging

but yeah i just wondered how true it is because i’ve been wondering if i should take the risk of bimax or just play it safe with genio

Yea it can make you look like an ape if you’re advanced too far

I can't with the I need surgery because I need a little bit of more forward growth
The “forward growth” they speak of is chimp tier anyway, far past people considered attractive. An attractive face has nothing to do with a chimp protrusion

True. Plus the whole skull is so complex, you can't change your face harmonically when it comes to the more invasive surgeries. My condolences to all brainwashed people there are.

Yes a lot because most surgeons wont plan the surgery before (cheaper), theyll just open you up look at ur bones and move them forward to make Space for air to come through with same General size Scores and plates used on every patient

If u plan it with scans 3d models etc and a good surgeon then prolly a looksmax
